Al-Waaqe'ah 3 of 3
۞ I do not need to swear by the setting of the stars 75 and that is a mighty oath, if you but knew 76 This is indeed the noble Qur’an. 77 preserved in a hidden Book which 78 which none can touch except the purified. 79 A Revelation (this Quran) from the Lord of the 'Alamin (mankind, jinns and all that exists). 80 Is it this discourse that ye hold lightly? 81 And make it your provision that ye should belie it? 82 Why, but when the soul leaps to the throat of the dying 83 and you are watching at that time 84 - And We are nearer unto him than ye are, but ye see not - 85 Then why do ye not,- If you are exempt from (future) account,- 86 do you not restore his soul, if you are truthful? 87 If he is among the near 88 Then happiness and bounty and a garden of bliss. 89 And if he is of those on the right hand, 90 Then: peace unto thee, for thou art of those on the right hand. 91 But if he is one of those who rejected [the truth] and went astray, 92 he will be welcomed with boiling water. 93 And burning in hell. 94 Indeed, this is the certain truth. 95 So exalt the name of your Lord, the Most Great. 96

كيف تعمل منظومة تمارين الحفظ؟ عند أدنى مستوى 0، تكون كل الكلمات ظاهرة. بينما يُخفي أعلى مستوى 9 كل الكلمات. فكيف تعمل المستويات المتوسطة، مثل 3، على سبيل المثال؟ قد تعتقد بأن المنظومة تخفي 3 من كل تسع كلمات بدقة. ليس تماما! في المستوى 3، لكل كلمة فرصة اختفاء بنسبة 3 من 9، و6 من 9 لتكون ظاهرة. بمعنى آخر، من الممكن، ولكن باحتمال شبة معدوم، أن تكون جميع كلمات المستوى 3 مخفية، أو أن تكون جميعها ظاهرة! وكذلك أيضًا، ففي المستويات المتوسطة، وبما يتناسب مع مستوى الصعوبة، يمكن أن تكون المخابئ غير كاملة أو شفافة جزئيًا بحيث تظهر الكلمات جزئيًا تحتها.
How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
