۞ No! I swear by the fallings of the stars 75 And lo! that verily is a tremendous oath, if ye but knew - 76 Behold, it is a truly noble discourse, 77 preserved in a hidden Book which 78 no one can touch it except the purified ones. 79 A revelation by the Lord of the worlds. 80 What, do you hold this discourse in disdain, 81 And you make its denial your share? 82 Why, then, when the soul leaps up to the throat of the dying 83 right before your very eyes? 84 And We are nearer to him than you are, but you cannot see. 85 Then why do you not, if you are not to be recompensed, 86 do you not bring back his soul, if you speak truly? 87 But if he [the dying person] is one of those brought near to God, 88 (There is for him) Rest and Satisfaction, and a Garden of Delights. 89 and if he be a Companion of the Right: 90 he will be welcomed by the words: “Peace to you” from the People on the Right. 91 But, if he is of those who belied, and went astray, 92 For him is Entertainment with Boiling Water. 93 and the heat of hell fire. 94 That indeed is the absolute truth. 95 So exalt the Name of your Lord, the Great. 96
