1/2 Hizb 54

۞ Nay, I swear by the setting of the stars -- 75 and, indeed, that is a most mighty oath, if you only knew -- 76 Indeed, it is a noble Qur'an 77 In a book that is protected 78 Only they can reach it who are clean (of mind). 79 A revelation from the Lord of the Worlds. 80 Is it this discourse that ye hold lightly? 81 And you make its denial your share? 82 Then why, when the soul at death reaches the throat 83 and you are watching at that time 84 But We (i.e. Our angels who take the soul) are nearer to him than you, but you see not, [Tafsir At-Tabari, Vol. 27, Page 209] 85 Then why, if you are not indebted (to Us for life), 86 Call back the soul, if ye are true (in the claim of independence)? 87 Then if he is one of those drawn nigh (to Allah), 88 then for him there shall be comfort and plenty and a Garden of Bliss; 89 And if he is of those on the right hand, 90 [he, too, will be welcomed into paradise with the words,] "Peace be unto thee [that art] of those who have attained to righteousness!" 91 But if he is of the rejecters, the erring, 92 there shall be a hospitality of boiling water, 93 and the heat of hell fire. 94 Verily, this! This is an absolute Truth with certainty. 95 Then magnify the Name of thy Lord, the All-mighty. 96
God the Almighty always says the truth.
End of Surah: The Inevitable (Al-Waaqe'ah). Sent down in Mecca after T H (Taa Haa) before The Poets (Alshu'araa')

Notes and Instructions
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
