And indeed, We delivered the children of Israel from the shameful suffering 30 from Pharaoh, who ranked high in sin, 31 And We knowingly chose them, among all others of their time. 32 And granted them Signs in which there was a manifest trial 33 Most surely these do say: 34 There is naught but our first death, and we shall not be raised again. 35 Bring then our fathers if ye say so. 36 Are they better or the people of Tubba and those afore them? We destroyed them; verily they were culprits. 37 And We did not create the heavens and the earth, and all that is between them, just for play. 38 We did not create them except with the truth, but most of them do not know. 39 Indeed, the Day of Judgement is the appointed time for them all - 40 The Day when no relation will avail a relation at all, nor will they be helped - 41 Except such as receive Allah's Mercy: for He is Exalted in Might, Most Merciful. 42
