For those who fear God there are pleasure gardens with their Lord. 34 Should We treat those who submit and obey in the same way as those who are culpable? 35 What is the matter with you then, how do you judge? 36 Or do you have a scripture in which you learn 37 That indeed for you is whatever you choose? 38 Or have you oaths from Us, reaching to the Day of Resurrection? Surely you shall have whatever you judge! 39 (Muhammad), ask which of them can guarantee that on the Day of Judgment. 40 Or have they other partners [besides God]? Let them bring forth their other partners, if what they say be true. 41 On the Day when the leg shall be bared, and they are ordered to prostrate themselves, they will be unable. 42 Their looks cast down, abasement shall overtake them; and they were called upon to make obeisance indeed while yet they were safe. 43 Leave those who reject the Quran to Me and I shall lead them step by step to destruction, without their being aware of it. 44 And I will grant them a respite. Verily, My Plan is strong. 45 Or do you ask of them a payment, so they are by debt burdened down? 46 Is with them the unseen, so that they write down? 47 So bear with patience until the Judgement of your Lord comes, and do not belike the man in the fish (i.e., Jonah) who called out, choking with grief: 48 Had not Grace from his Lord reached him, he would indeed have been cast off on the naked shore, in disgrace. 49 Thus did his Lord choose him and make him of the Company of the Righteous. 50 And indeed, those who disbelieve would almost make you slip with their eyes when they hear the message, and they say, "Indeed, he is mad." 51 But it is nothing less than a Message to all the worlds. 52
