Al-Haaqqah 2 of 2
No! I swear by that you see 38 and what you do not see 39 because the Quran is certainly the word of a reverent messenger. 40 It is not the speech of a poet (little do you believe) 41 Nor is it the word of a soothsayer -- how little you reflect! 42 It has been revealed by the Lord of the Universe. 43 Had he attributed falsely any words to Us, 44 We would have definitely taken revenge from him. 45 Then cut off his aorta, 46 And not one of you could have held Us off from him. 47 And indeed this Qur’an is an advice for the pious. 48 We know that there are some among you who will belie. 49 And lo! it is indeed an anguish for the disbelievers. 50 for, verily, it is truth absolute! 51 Then magnify the Name of thy Lord, the All-mighty. 52
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
