No! By the moon 32 And the night when it withdraweth 33 And the daybreak when it shines; 34 Indeed, the Fire is of the greatest [afflictions] 35 as a warner to mortals. 36 To any of you that chooses to press forward, or to follow behind;- 37 Every person is a pledge for what he has earned, 38 except the Companions of the Right. 39 [Who will be] in gardens, questioning each other 40 About the criminals, 41 "What has brought you into the Fire of Hell ?" 42 They will reply: 'We were not among those who prayed 43 nor did we feed the destitute. 44 “And used to dwell on evil matters with those who think evilly.” 45 and we cried lies to the Day of Doom, 46 till the certainty (death) overtook us' 47 The mediation of no mediators will avail them then. 48 Then what is the matter with them that they turn away from admonition?- 49 as though they were terrified asses 50 Fleeing away from a lion. 51 No indeed; each one of them desires that open letters be sent to each of them. 52 No indeed; but they do not fear the Hereafter. 53 Nay, verily, this (Quran) is an admonition, 54 Let any who will, keep it in remembrance! 55 But none will keep it in remembrance except as Allah wills: He is the Lord of Righteousness, and the Lord of Forgiveness. 56
