Indeed, it is We who have sent down to you, [O Muhammad], the Qur'an progressively. 23 Await, then, in all patience thy Sustainer's judgment, and pay no heed to any of them, who is a wilful sinner or an ingrate; 24 And glorify the name of your Lord morning and evening. 25 And during night, prostrate yourself to Him (i.e. the offering of Maghrib and 'Isha' prayers), and glorify Him a long night through (i.e. Tahajjud prayer). 26 These people (disbelievers) love the worldly life and neglect the terrifying day which will come. 27 It is We Who created them, and strengthened their skeleton; and We can replace them with others like them, whenever We will. 28 Surely this is a Reminder; so he who will, takes unto his Lord a way. 29 Yet you will not unless Allah wills; surely, Allah is the Knower, the Wise. 30 He maketh whom He will to enter His mercy, and for evil-doers hath prepared a painful doom. 31
