Al-Imraan 11 of 20
O People who Believe! Fear Allah in the manner He should rightfully be feared, and do not die except as Muslims. 102 And hold fast to the Bond of Allah, together, and do not scatter. Remember the Favor of Allah bestowed upon you when you were enemies, and how He united your hearts, so that by His Favor you became brothers. And how He saved you from the Pit of Fire when you were on the brink of it. And so Allah makes plain to you His verses, in order that you will be guided. 103 And let there be of you a community calling others to good and commanding that which is reputable and prohibiting that which is disreputable. And these they are the blissful. 104 Do not be like those who, after they had been given clear evidence, split into factions and differed among themselves: a terrible punishment awaits such people. 105 On the Day when (some) faces will be whitened and (some) faces will be blackened; and as for those whose faces have been blackened, it will be said unto them: Disbelieved ye after your (profession of) belief? Then taste the punishment for that ye disbelieved. 106 But those whose faces will be (lit with) white,- they will be in (the light of) Allah's mercy: therein to dwell (for ever). 107 These are the commandments of God We recite to you verily; God does not wish injustice to the creatures of the world. 108 And to Allah belongs all that is in the heavens and all that is in the earth. And all matters go back (for decision) to Allah. 109

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
