O you who have attained to faith! Be conscious of God with all the consciousness that is due to Him, and do not allow death to overtake you ere you have surrendered yourselves unto Him. 102 And hold fast, all of you together, to the cable of Allah, and do not separate. And remember Allah's favour unto you: How ye were enemies and He made friendship between your hearts so that ye became as brothers by His grace; and (how) ye were upon the brink of an abyss of fire, and He did save you from it. Thus Allah maketh clear His revelations unto you, that haply ye may be guided, 103 And from among you there should be a party who invite to good and enjoin what is right and forbid the wrong, and these it is that shall be successful. 104 And be not like those who have drawn apart from one another and have taken to conflicting views after all evidence of the truth has come unto them: for these it is for whom tremendous suffering is in store 105 On the Day when some faces would be bright, and some others will be black (with despair), those with black faces (will be told): "Having come to the faith you denied it; now taste therefore the penalty for you disbelieved." 106 But as for those with faces shining, they shall be within God's grace, therein to abide. 107 These are the mes sages of Allah which We recite to you in truth, and Allah desires no wrong to the people of the world. 108 To Allah belongs all that is in the heavens and on earth: To Him do all questions go back (for decision). 109
