[O MEN!] Are you more difficult to create than the heaven which He has built? 27 High has He reared its vault and formed it in accordance with what it was meant to be; 28 and making its night dark and bringing forth its morning light, 29 And after it spread out the earth. 30 He draweth out therefrom its moisture and its pasture; 31 And stabilized the mountains 32 an enjoyment for you and your flocks. 33 But when there comes the greatest Overwhelming Calamity - 34 The Day when man shall remember what he strove for, 35 And Hellfire will be exposed for [all] those who see - 36 Then as for him who waxed exorbitant, 37 And had preferred the life of this world, 38 will find himself in Hell; 39 However, those who had feared their Lord and restrained their souls from acting according to its desires. 40 Will surely have Paradise for abode. 41 They ask you (O Muhammad (Peace be upon him)) about the Hour, - when will be its appointed time? 42 You have no knowledge to say anything about it, 43 [seeing that] with thy Sustainer alone rests the beginning and the end [of all knowledge] thereof? 44 You (O Muhammad (Peace be upon him)) are only a warner for those who fear it, 45 On the Day they see it, they will feel as though they had stayed (in the grave) no more than one evening or one morning. 46
True are the words of God the Almighty.
