(People), is your creation harder for God than that of the heavens, which He created, raised and established 27 He hath raised the height thereof and perfected it. 28 and darkened its night, and brought forth its forenoon; 29 And after it spread out the earth. 30 He brought forth from it its water and its pasturage. 31 And the mountains! He established them firm: 32 all this as provision for you and your cattle. 33 Therefore, when there comes the great, overwhelming (Event),- 34 The Day whereon man shall remember whatsoever he had striven for. 35 and Hell is there for all to see, 36 then he who transgressed 37 and prefers the life of this world, 38 that blazing fire will truly be the goal! 39 But as for him who feared the Station of his Lord and forbade the soul its caprice, 40 Then indeed Paradise only is his destination. 41 They ask you: "When will the Hour be? When is its time fixed?" 42 In what [position] are you that you should mention it? 43 Your Lord alone knows when it will come; 44 Your duty is only to warn him who fears it. 45 On the day that they see it, it will be as though they had not tarried but the latter part of a day or the early part of it. 46
