The Galaxies (Al-Burooj)
22 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Sun (Al-Shams) before The Fig (Al-Teen)
In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
By the sky with its constellations, 1 by the promised day, 2 By one that witnesses, and the subject of the witness;- 3 That accursed are the men of the trench 4 Full of fire fed by faggots, 5 when they were seated over it 6 and were witnessing what they did to the believers. 7 whom they hate for no other reason than that they believe in God, the Almighty, the One to whom all praise is due, 8 Who, to Whom belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth! And Allah is Witness over everything. 9 Indeed those who troubled the Muslim men and Muslim women, and then did not repent – for them is the punishment of hell, and for them is the punishment of fire. 10 For those who believe and do righteous deeds, will be Gardens; beneath which rivers flow: That is the great Salvation, (the fulfilment of all desires), 11 Truly strong is the Grip (and Power) of thy Lord. 12 It is He Who creates from the very beginning, and He can restore (life). 13 And He is the Forgiving, the Affectionate, 14 Lord of the Throne, the All-glorious, 15 Effecter of what He intends. 16 Has the story reached you of the hosts, 17 of Pharaoh, and of [the tribe of] Thamud? 18 But they who disbelieve are in [persistent] denial, 19 And Allah encompasses them from behind! (i.e. all their deeds are within His Knowledge, and He will requite them for their deeds). 20 Nay! This is a Glorious Quran, 21 in a Guarded Tablet. 22

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
