The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
۞ Exalt the name of your Lord, the Most High, 1 The One Who created, and then made proper. 2 Who determined and guided them, 3 Who brought forth the pasture, 4 And then makes it dark stubble. 5 WE SHALL teach thee, and thou wilt not forget [aught of what thou art taught,] 6 save what God may will [thee to forget] - for, verily, He [alone] knows all that is open to [man's] perception as well as all that is hidden [from it] 7 And We will make your way smooth to a state of ease. 8 Therefore, keep on preaching as long as it is of benefit. 9 He who fears (Allah) shall heed it, 10 And the wretched shunneth it. 11 even he who shall roast in the Great Fire, 12 Wherein he will neither die nor live. 13 He who purified himself shall prosper, 14 remembering his Lord's name and praying. 15 But no, you prefer the life of the world, 16 but the Everlasting Life is better, and more enduring. 17 Surely this is in the ancient scrolls, 18 the Scrolls of Abraham and Moses. 19
