The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
۞ Proclaim the Purity of your Lord, the Supreme. 1 Who created all things and fashioned them in good proportion; 2 who has ordained and guided, 3 who brings forth the pastures, 4 Then reduces them to rusty rubbish. 5 We shall enable thee to recite, and then thou shalt not forget, 6 except what Allah should wish. He knows all that is manifest and all that is hidden. 7 And We shall make easy for you (O Muhammad (Peace be upon him)) the easy way (i.e. the doing of righteous deeds). 8 Therefore advise, if advising is beneficial. 9 The admonition will be received by those who fear (Allah): 10 But it will be avoided by the wretched, 11 who will roast in the Great Fire, 12 Then therein he shall neither live nor die. 13 Prosperous is he who purifies himself, 14 remembering his Lord's name and praying. 15 However, (the disbelievers) prefer the worldly life 16 Whereas the Hereafter is better and everlasting. 17 Surely this is in the ancient scrolls, 18 the Scrolls of Abraham and Moses. 19
