Al-Layl
The Night (Al-Layl)
21 verses, revealed in Mecca after The All High (Al-A'alaa) before Dawn (Al-Fajr)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
By the Night as it conceals (the light); 1 and by the day as it appears radiantly, 2 And the creating of the male and the female, 3 Lo! your effort is dispersed (toward divers ends). 4 As for he who gives and fears Allah 5 And believes in Al-Husna. 6 We shall ease the way of fortune for him. 7 But as for he who withholds and considers himself free of need 8 and he belied the finest 9 We shall surely ease him to the Hardship; 10 and their wealth will be of no benefit to them when they face destruction. 11 Indeed guiding is upon Us. 12 And verify Ours is both the Hereafter and the life present. 13 I have now warned you of a Blazing Fire, 14 in which no one will suffer forever except the wicked ones 15 He who denieth and turneth away. 16 He will be far away from the most pious. (The first Caliph S. Abu Bakr Siddiq) 17 the Godfearing who spends his wealth to purify himself; 18 not as payment for favours received, 19 but only to seek the good pleasure of his Lord Most High. 20 He verily will be content. 21
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
