Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
۞ Have We not opened your breast for you (O Muhammad (Peace be upon him))? 1 and lift from thee thy burden, 2 that weighed so heavily on your back, and 3 and granted you an exalted reputation? 4 After every difficulty there is relief. 5 With hardship indeed there is ease. 6 So when thou art empty, labour, 7 And to thy Lord turn (all) thy attention. 8
