Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)
In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate
۞ Have We not expanded your chest for you (Prophet Muhammad), 1 And eased thee of the burden 2 Which pressed heavily upon your back, 3 And [have We not] raised thee high in dignity? 4 And behold, with every hardship comes ease: 5 Verily, with the hardship, there is relief (i.e. there is one hardship with two reliefs, so one hardship cannot overcome two reliefs). 6 So when you have finished [your duties], then stand up [for worship]. 7 and turn to your Lord with longing. 8
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
