Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)

Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

۞ (O Prophet), Did We not lay open your breast 1 and removed your burden 2 Which weighed down thy back; 3 Have We not raised your remembrance? 4 Surely with difficulty is ease. 5 Verily, with the hardship, there is relief (i.e. there is one hardship with two reliefs, so one hardship cannot overcome two reliefs). 6 So when you are free, nominate. 7 And incline towards your Lord. 8
