The Fig (Al-Teen)
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
CONSIDER the fig and the olive, 1 And by oath of Mount Sinai, 2 And this city made secure, 3 We have certainly created man in the best of stature; 4 We then turned him towards all the lowest of the low states. 5 excepting only such as attain to faith and do good works: and theirs shall be a reward unending! 6 What henceforth shall make thee belie the Requital? 7 Is not God the greatest of the judges? 8
