The Embryo (Al-Alaq)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca. First revelation of the Quran before The Pen (Al-Qalam)
In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate
Proclaim! (or read!) in the name of thy Lord and Cherisher, Who created- 1 Hath created man from a clot! 2 Recite: and your Lord is Most Generous, 3 Who has taught (the writing) by the pen [the first person to write was Prophet Idrees (Enoch)]. 4 Teacheth man that which he knew not. 5 No! [But] indeed, man transgresses 6 As he considers himself independent! 7 for, behold, unto thy Sustainer all must return. 8 What thinkest thou? He who forbids 9 a worshiper when he prays. 10 Bethinkest thou, if he is himself guided, 11 and enjoins piety? 12 Have you considered if he gives the lie to the truth and turns (his) back? 13 Does he not know that Allah sees? 14 Nay! If he (Abu Jahl) ceases not, We will catch him by the forelock, 15 A lying, sinning forelock. 16 and then let him summon [to his aid] the counsels of his own [spurious] wisdom, 17 We too would summon the braves of the army. 18 No, not at all. Never obey him. But prostrate yourself and become nigh (to your Lord). ۩ 19
God Almighty has spoken the truth.

Notes and Instructions
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
Read the entire Holy Quran in full color. Pages diversely generate their colors and shapes so that the same scheme never repeats twice. The Quran is the conclusive Final Testament of the One and Only God for all people of all colors and shapes.
