Destiny (Al-Qadr)

5 verses, revealed in Mecca after He Frowned ('Abasa) before The Sun (Al-Shams)

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

BEHOLD, from on high have We bestowed this [divine writ] on Night of Destiny. 1 And what will make you know what the night of Al-Qadr (Decree) is? 2 (Worship) on the Night of Destiny is better than (worship) for a thousand months. 3 in it the angels and the Spirit descend, by the leave of their Lord, upon every command. 4 it is all peace till the break of dawn. 5

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
