Al-Zalzalah

The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate

When Earth is shaken with her (final) earthquake 1 And the earth throws out its burdens. 2 the human being will say (in horror), "What is happening to it?" 3 On that day earth will narrate its news, 4 for your Lord will have revealed to it. 5 On that Day will all men come forward, cut off from one another, to be shown their [past] deeds. 6 And whoso doeth good an atom's weight will see it then, 7 and whoever does an atom's weight of evil shall see it. 8

True are the words of God the Almighty.
