The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
I swear by the runners breathing pantingly, 1 Striking sparks of fire (by their hooves), 2 while running during a raid at dawn, 3 blazing a trail of dust, 4 Cleaving, as one, the centre (of the foe), 5 Most surely man is ungrateful to his Lord. 6 And indeed, he is to that a witness. 7 for, verily, to the love of wealth is he most ardently devoted. 8 ۞ Does he not know when the contents of the graves are laid bare 9 And the hearts' contents shall be brought into the open? 10 That their Lord had been Well-acquainted with them, (even to) that Day? 11
