The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

The Striking Calamity - 1 What is the terrible calamity! 2 And what have you understood, what the event that terrifies the hearts is! 3 A day wherein mankind will be as thickly-scattered moths 4 and the mountains shall be like plucked wool-tufts. 5 Then he whose deeds shall weigh heavier in the scale 6 shall live in a life which is pleasing, 7 And for one whose scales prove light, 8 shall plunge in the womb of the Pit. 9 And what do you know what that is? 10 A burning fire. 11

True are the words of God the Almighty.
