The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate

The terrible calamity! 1 What is the (Day) of Noise and Clamour? 2 What shall Make thee know that which the Striking is? 3 The day when men will be like scattered moths. 4 And the mountains shall become as wool carded, 5 Then he whose scales weigh heavier 6 He will live a pleasant life. 7 And as for him whose measure of good deeds is light, 8 his head will be in the Plunging 9 And what could make thee conceive what that [abyss] will be? 10 A blazing Fire! 11

True are the words of God the Almighty.
