The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

The event that terrifies the hearts! 1 What is the Striking? 2 And what could make thee conceive what that sudden calamity will be? 3 The day that men shall be like scattered moths, 4 The mountains like the tufts of carded wool. 5 Then, he whose balance (of good deeds) will be (found) heavy, 6 He will be in a pleasant life. 7 But as for him whose scales are light, 8 his shall be the deep pit for a dwelling. 9 What will convey to you what this is like? 10 A burning fire. 11
