The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

The Calamity! 1 What is the Striking Calamity? 2 And what will make you comprehend what the terrible calamity is? 3 It is a Day whereon mankind will be like moths scattered about, 4 And the mountains will become as carded wool. 5 Then he whose deeds shall weigh heavier in the scale 6 He will live a pleasant life (in Paradise). 7 But he whose balance (of good deeds) will be (found) light,- 8 His refuge will be an abyss. 9 And what shall teach thee what is the Pit? 10 Raging Fire. 11
