Hoarding (Al-Takaathur)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after Bounty (Al-Kawthar) before Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

The desire to have more of the worldly gains have pre-occupied you so much (that you have neglected remembring God), 1 Until you come to the graves. 2 But you will come to know soon; -- 3 Again lo! presently ye shall know. 4 Indeed, were you to know the truth with certainty, 5 you would see the fire of Hell. 6 You would see it with the eye of certainty. 7 Then, on that day, you will surely be questioned regarding the favours. 8

Almighty God's Truth.
