Hoarding (Al-Takaathur)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after Bounty (Al-Kawthar) before Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate

Abundance diverts you, 1 Until you come to the graves. 2 Nay, but ye will come to know! 3 Again, ye soon shall know! 4 You will certainly have the knowledge of your deeds beyond all doubt. 5 You should most certainly have seen the hell; 6 And again, you shall see it with certainty of sight! 7 then you shall be questioned that day concerning true bliss. 8
