Al-Feel

The Elephant (Al-Feel)

5 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon) before Daybreak (Al-Falaq)

In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

Have you not considered how your Lord dealt with the people of the elephant? 1 Put He not their stratagem to straying. 2 And send down (to prey) upon them birds in flocks, 3 which smote them with stone-hard blows of chastisement pre-ordained, 4 to turn them into (something) like the left-over grass grazed by cattle. 5

True are the words of God the Almighty.
