Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful

Beholdest thou him who belieth the Requital? 1 That is he who repelleth the orphan, 2 and urges not the feeding of the needy. 3 So ruin is to those offerers of prayer – 4 but whose hearts are not in their prayer. 5 those who want only to be seen and praised, 6 And withhold things of common use (from others). 7

Almighty God's Truth.
