Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful

HAST THOU ever considered [the kind of man] who gives the lie to all moral law? 1 For that is the one who drives away the orphan 2 And urgeth not the feeding of the poor, 3 Woe to the worshippers 4 but are heedless in their Prayers, 5 who show off, 6 and prevent the utensils of assistance. 7

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
