Charity (Al-Maa'oon)
7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)
In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate
Seest thou one who denies the Judgment (to come)? 1 So it is he, who pushes away the orphan, 2 and never encourages the feeding of the destitute. 3 So woe to those who pray 4 Who delay their Salat (prayer) from their stated fixed times, 5 Those who make show [of their deeds] 6 and deny people the articles of common necessity. 7
True are the words of God the Almighty.
