Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful

Have you seen the one who calls the religion a lie? 1 For that is the one who drives away the orphan 2 And urgeth not the feeding of the needy. 3 So woe to the praying ones, 4 but are heedless in their Prayers, 5 Those who make show [of their deeds] 6 And withhold [simple] assistance. 7

God the Almighty always says the truth.
