Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate

HAVE YOU SEEN him who denies the Day of Judgement? 1 It is he who pushes the orphan away, 2 And encourages not the feeding of the indigent. 3 So woe to the praying ones, 4 But who are oblivious of their moral duties, 5 to those who make display 6 and deny people the articles of common necessity. 7

True are the words of God the Almighty.
