Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

Hast thou observed him who belieth religion? 1 That is he who repulses the orphan 2 and urges not the feeding of the needy. 3 So woe to those who pray 4 Who delay their Salat (prayer) from their stated fixed times, 5 those who want only to be seen and praised, 6 And withhold the necessaries of life. 7

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
