Al-Baqarah 5 of 40

O Children of Israel! Remember My Favour which I bestowed upon you, and fulfill (your obligations to) My Covenant (with you) so that I fulfill (My Obligations to) your covenant (with Me), and fear none but Me. 40 And believe in what I have sent down which verifies what is already with you; and do not be the first to deny it, nor part with it for little gain; and beware of Me. 41 And do not mix the truth with falsehood, nor purposely conceal the truth. 42 And be steadfast in prayer; practise regular charity; and bow down your heads with those who bow down (in worship). 43 ۞ Do you order righteousness of the people and forget yourselves while you recite the Scripture? Then will you not reason? 44 And seek assistance through patience and prayer, and most surely it is a hard thing except for the humble ones, 45 who know for certain that they will meet their Lord, and that they will return to Him. 46
