Al-Dukhaan 3 of 3
Verily, [in the life to come] the tree of deadly fruit 43 shall be the food of the sinful. 44 Like murky oil, it boils within bellies 45 Like the churning of boiling water. 46 (A voice will cry: "Seize ye him and drag him into the midst of the Blazing Fire! 47 Then pour above his head of the torment of the boiling water: 48 Saying “Taste it! Indeed you only are the most honourable, the dignified!” 49 This is the very thing which you [deniers of the truth] were wont to call in question!" 50 Surely the godfearing shall be in a station secure 51 among gardens and springs, 52 dressed in fine silk and in rich brocade, and they will face each other: 53 Thus shall it be: and We shall espouse them to fair, wide-eyed maidens. 54 They will be offered all kinds of fruits, in peace and security. 55 They will not taste death therein except the first death, and He will have protected them from the punishment of Hellfire 56 as an act of grace. That will be the supreme triumph. 57 And We have made this Qur’an easy in your language, for them to understand. 58 Wait (for God's decree) and they too will be waiting. 59

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
