The Backbiter (Al-Hummazah)
9 verses, revealed in Mecca after Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah) before Dispatched (Al-Mursalaat)
In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful
WOE unto every slanderer, fault-finder! 1 who amasses wealth, counting it over, 2 He thinks that his wealth will make him immortal. 3 On the contrary! He shall be flung to the Crusher. 4 And what can make you know what is the Crusher? 5 It is the Fire kindled by Allah, 6 to penetrate into the hearts. 7 Surely it shall be closed over upon them, 8 In extending columns. 9
God the Almighty always says the truth.
