The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace
۞ Ta-Seen-Meem. (Alphabets of the Arabic language – Allah, and to whomever he reveals, know their precise meanings.) 1 Those are the signs of the Manifest Book. 2 Perchance thou consumest thyself that they are not believers. 3 We could send down from the heavens a sign to them if We pleased, before which their heads would remain bowed. 4 And never comes there unto them a Reminder as a recent revelation from the Most Beneficent (Allah), but they turn away therefrom. 5 So they have indeed denied (the truth - this Quran), then the news of what they mocked at, will come to them. 6 Observe they not the earth, how much We make to grow therein of every fruitful kind? 7 Lo! herein is indeed a portent; yet most of them are not believers. 8 But, verily, thy Sustainer - He alone - is almighty, a dispenser of grace! 9
