۞ We revealed to Moses: "Set forth with My servants by night for you will be pursued." 52 Then Pharaoh sent heralds to (all) the Cities, 53 (Who said): Lo! these indeed are but a little troop, 54 but they are indeed filled with hatred of us 55 we are a large and watchful force." 56 We therefore got them out from the gardens and water springs. 57 Treasures, and every kind of honourable position; 58 Thus it was; and We made the children of Israel possess them. 59 But they pursued them at sunrise. 60 And when the two parties saw each other, the companions of Musa said: verily we are overtaken. 61 Moses replied, "No, My Lord is with me, and He will guide me." 62 Then We inspired Musa (Moses) (saying): "Strike the sea with your stick." And it parted, and each separate part (of that sea water) became like the huge, firm mass of a mountain. 63 And We caused the pursuers to draw near unto that place: 64 We delivered Moses and all who were with him; 65 then We drowned the others. 66 Surely in that is a sign, yet most of them are not believers. 67 And verily thy Lord is He, the Exalted in Might, Most Merciful. 68
