The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful
۞ TA SIN MIM. 1 Those are the verses of the clear Book. 2 Wouldst thou, perhaps, torment thyself to death [with grief] because they [who live around thee] refuse to believe [in it]? 3 If We will, We can send down on them a sign from heaven before which their necks will remain humbled. 4 Whenever a new message comes to them from the Beneficent God, they turn away from it. 5 So, they belied, but surely the tidings of that they mocked will come to them. 6 Have they not seen the earth, how much of every fruitful kind We make to grow therein? 7 Surely in that is a sign, yet most of them are not believers. 8 And indeed, your Lord - He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful. 9
