Surely those who guard (against evil) shall have with their Lord gardens of bliss. 34 Shall We then treat those who have surrendered as We treat the guilty? 35 What is the matter with you? How judge you? 36 Do you have a book from which you study 37 That ye shall indeed have all that ye choose? 38 Or you have oaths from Us, reaching to the Day of Resurrection that yours will be what you judge. 39 Ask them, which of them will guarantee that! 40 Or have they some "Partners" (in Allahhead)? Then let them produce their "partners", if they are truthful! 41 On the day when the Shin* will be exposed and they will be called to prostrate themselves, they will be unable. (Used as a metaphor) 42 humbled shall be their eyes, and abasement shall overspread them, for they had been summoned to bow themselves while they were whole. 43 Then leave Me alone with such as reject this Message: by degrees shall We punish them from directions they perceive not. 44 And I will give them time. Indeed, My plan is firm. 45 Or, do you ask them for a wage, so that they are burdened with debt? 46 Or that the Unseen is in their hands, so that they can write it down? 47 BEAR THEN with patience thy Sustainer's will and be not like him of the great fish, who cried out [in distress] after having given in to anger. 48 had his Lord not bestowed His favour upon him, he would have been cast upon that barren shore (and would have remained there) in disgrace. 49 But his Lord chose him and placed him among the righteous. 50 But the unbelievers would like to stare you out of balance when they hear the warning, and say: "Surely he is possessed;" 51 Yet it is purely an admonition to mankind. 52
