Proof (Al-Bayyinah)
In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate
The deniers of truth from among the People of the Book and the polytheists would not desist from disbelief until they received clear evidence -- 1 A Messenger from Allah, reciting purified scriptures 2 holy Book which contain eternal laws of guidance. 3 Those who were given the Book did not become divided except after clear evidence was given to them. 4 And withal, they were not enjoined aught but that they should worship God, sincere in their faith in Him alone, turning away from all that is false; and that they should be constant in prayer; and that they should spend in charity: for this is a moral law endowed with ever-true soundness and clarity. 5 Those who reject (Truth), among the People of the Book and among the Polytheists, will be in Hell-Fire, to dwell therein (for aye). They are the worst of creatures. 6 But those that believe and work righteous deeds, they are the best of creatures. 7 Their recompense lies with their Lord: Gardens of eternity beneath which rivers flow; therein they shall dwell, forever and ever. Allah is well-pleased with them, and they are well-pleased with Him. All this is for him who fears his Lord. 8
