The tree of al-Zaqqum 43 Will be the food of the Sinful,- 44 like molten copper, bubbling in the belly 45 Like the boiling of scalding water. 46 "Seize him and drag him into the depths of Hell," (it will be said), 47 "Then pour over his head the torment of boiling water, 48 They will be told, "Suffer the torment. You had thought yourselves to be majestic and honorable. 49 Lo! this is that whereof ye used to doubt. 50 But those mindful of God will be in a safe place, 51 Among Gardens and Springs; 52 Attired in fine silk and brocade, facing each other. 53 Even so. And We shall pair them with fair damsels large-eyed. 54 therein calling for every fruit, secure. 55 There they shall not taste death, except the first death, and He will shield them from the punishment of Hell, 56 By the beneficence of your Lord. This will be the great success. 57 And We have made it easy in thy language; they might haply be admonished. 58 Wait then (O Muhammad SAW); Verily, they (too) are waiting. 59
