It is We Who have set out the zodiacal signs in the heavens, and made them fair-seeming to (all) beholders; 16 And We have guarded it from every Satan damned. 17 But any that gains a hearing by stealth, is pursued by a flaming fire, bright (to see). 18 And We spread out the earth, and placed mountains as anchors in it, and in it grew all things by a proper measure. 19 And We have made in it means of subsistence for you and for him for whom you are not the suppliers. 20 Of all things there are We have the stores, and send them down in determined measure. 21 And We send the winds fertilizing (to fill heavily the clouds with water), then caused the water (rain) to descend from the sky, and We gave it to you to drink, and it is not you who are the owners of its stores [i.e. to give water to whom you like or to withhold it from whom you like]. 22 It is We who give life, and make to die, and it is We who are the inheritors. 23 We know those of you who press forward, and We know the laggards, 24 It is your Lord who will gather them. He is all wise and all knowing. 25

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
