Charity (Al-Maa'oon)
7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)
In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
Have you seen him who denies the Recompense? 1 Then such is the (man) who repulses the orphan (with harshness), 2 and never encourages the feeding of the destitute. 3 So woe to the worshippers 4 but are heedless in their Prayers, 5 Who dissimulate 6 and refuse charity. 7
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
