Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful

Did you see him who gives the lie to the Reward and Punishment of the Hereafter? 1 That is he who repelleth the orphan, 2 and does not urge others to feed the needy. 3 Woe, then, to those who pray, 4 Those who are neglectful of their prayer. 5 They who would be seen, 6 And withhold [simple] assistance. 7

God Almighty has spoken the truth.
