۞ Have you not considered those who exchanged the favor of Allah for disbelief and settled their people [in] the home of ruin? 28 Hell, where they will roast in the fire? And what an evil repository! 29 They have set up rivals to God to lead people away from His path. Say, "Enjoy yourselves awhile: you will then proceed to the Fire." 30 Tell My worshippers, those who believe, who establish the prayer, and spend of what We have given them in private and in public, before the coming of that Day in which there is neither bargaining, nor the taking of friends, 31 Allah it is who hath created the heavens and the earth, and sent down from the heaven water, and hath there by brought forth fruits as a provision for you; and He hath subjected the ships for you that it may run in the sea by His command; and He hath subjected for you the rivers. 32 And He has made subservient to you the sun and the moon pursuing their courses, and He has made subservient to you the night and the day. 33 And He gave you from all you asked of Him. And if you should count the favor of Allah, you could not enumerate them. Indeed, mankind is [generally] most unjust and ungrateful. 34
